Therapy for Relationship Issues

Therapy and Relationships

Therapy for relationship issues can make a huge difference. Navigating relationships, whether that be romantic relationships, in the workplace, or platonic friendships, is one of the most fundamental yet complex parts of life.

You might be feeling anxious, struggling with a fear of people leaving you, finding it hard to trust in others, or finding yourself reacting strongly to things. On the other hand, you might struggle to tolerate close relationships, and find it stifling or suffocating. You might find that you keep ending up in similar relationships that aren’t healthy for you, and want to change. You might be debating making a big decision, such as leaving or starting a new relationship.
